REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES
Packages offered range from 15-40+ images for your MLS listing. For small 1-2 bedroom condos 15 images may be enough to cover the entire listing. For homes 1200sq ft + we encourage 25 images and for listings with 2500sq ft + we encourage 35+ images. We offer a variety of angles of each space so that your clients can truly get a sense of the layout of your listing. Outside images of the backyard, amenities and near by beaches will also be provided along with any other features you would like us to highlight.
Homes will be photographed as is. We suggest encouraging your clients to tidy up and possibly hire a house cleaner to ensure home is photographed at its best.

INTERIOR TIPS:
We advice agents to arrive 15-20 minutes before photographer to ensure that home is tidied up
All lights inside the home turned on, and all fans turned off
Dog bowls, water bowls, dog beds preferably lifted off the ground and placed somewhere else during photo shoot
All pets in a different room while photographer photographs home so that pets are not in the images
Couch pillows fluffed and placed nicely on sofas
All toys hidden and put away to maximize space and features
Clean tidy counters photograph best
EXTERIOR TIPS:
Cars inside the garage with the garage door closed or parked away somewhere away from the home
Any visible garbage cans or gardening tools to be put away
A freshly mowed lawn goes a long way
Additional debris from the yard to be picked up and thrown away to highlight exterior features
Remove outdoor holiday decor or any flags that will become a distraction
ADD ONS:
Although basic editing is done to every image we deliver, enhancements are done at an additional cost. Photoshop services such as sky replacement or landscape replacement is very time consuming and an additional cost per image. These extra services can be encouraged on gloomy weeks especially. We are by law not able to replace or photoshop an imperfection in a home as it is misleading to clients, so please keep that in mind.
